Key result areas

This position is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Department with all ISO 9001 related quality assurance functions within the company.

Actively interact with all departments within the company and may interact with regulatory agencies, customers, consultants, and vendors as related to the ISO 9001 QMS needs.

 

Conduct internal audits to assess the organization's adherence to ISO standards and identify areas for improvement.

Manage the ISO certification application and renewal process, including reviewing and verifying documentations.

Responsible for ensuring that organization complies with international standards and achieves relevant ISO certifications.

 

Required Skills
  • Proven experience in ISO certification management and quality assurance within a relevant industry.
  • Professional certification related to ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001 Lead Auditor) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of analytical methods and manufacturing practices.
  • Strong knowledge of ISO standards, quality management principles and audit processes.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven ability to manage customer audit.
  • Gathers and analyses information skilfully.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and lead projects related to ISO certification.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
