8-10 years of experience in machine shop engineering for automotive / 4 wheeler component development with minimum 5 year experience in cutting tool industries with leadership position for sales role in NCR.

Key result areas

  • Developing existing and creating new business according to the legal & ethical requirements.
  • Optimize the development of strategy for sales & project management by implementing systematic methods to achieve growth of market share and margins.
  • Create, Forecast and implement strong business plans to ensure year on year growth.
  • Development of existing passenger vehicle account in NCR and build new key accounts.
  • Understand end user requirement, have reputation with end customer, develop & manage Direct sale and channel partner sales in NCR.
  • Have process knowledge for component machining and able to support for trouble shooting for application.
  • Able to handle, guide and motivate a team to achieve monthly KPI targets and support team whenever needed to achieve their targets.

 

Required Skills

  • Good written and verbal communication in English and regional language proficiency
  • In-depth and comprehensive knowledge for NCR market and relationship with end customer in NCR especially in MSIL.
  • Willingness and flexibility to travel other locations.
