Experience

2 or 4 year of experience in cutting tool/machine tool/automotive and Operate experience in CNC Machining or Grinding on site.

Key result areas
  • Creation of NC program for all CNC machines in the production (WIRE EDM/VMC /CNC Grinding)
  • Plan and execute production schedules by planning tools, fixtures and necessary arrangements for machining   
  • Able to follow instruction and work completion
  • Plan tool settings for CNC Machines as per the tool list

Required Skills
  • Creo with NC module, AutoCAD.
  • Basic knowledge about SAP & ERP – Preferable.
  • Ability to understand and study 2D manufacturing drawings.
  • Basic knowledge about operations like Wire EDM, Machining centres, and CNC grinding.
  • Knowledge in Microsoft office.
  • Basic knowledge about CNC Programming (Wire EDM, CNC Milling, CNC Grinding)
