Experience

5 -7 years of experience from machine tool industry, any precision parts manufacturing company, Fixtures manufacturing industry, Cutting tool industry with hands on experience in Fixture designing / application with exposure towards CAD software’s like  Pro-E or any other 3D modelling software’s like Auto-cad with experience in MS Office .

Key result areas

This position is for developing fixture concept, validating tooling and machining process. Creating detailed concept designs in 2D & 3D drawings as per customer requirement, executing Drawing Approval Process, estimating cycle time sheet.

Required Skills
  • Good communication skill to co-ordinate with internal department with fluency in English and Hindi preferably.
  • Studying Engineering drawing (GD&T, Surface Finish)
  • Understanding machining process flow & requirement of cycle time
  • Analyse and apply suitable methods to increase Productivity
  • Knowledge in SAP – MM and DMS Module
  • Knowledge in Automobile & Aerospace parts and its application
  • Knowledge in Documentation - Proper storage and retrieval with 5S Knowledge
  • Knowledge in SOM (strength of materials) including material nature & its properties
  • Knowledge in work holding setup & its requirements
  • Proactive and take initiative
  • Team player & Team leader
  • Professional approach
